Collaboration lies at the heart of sustainable software delivery. With pair and ensemble programming becoming ever more established practices you might wonder if they're for you (or your team), or maybe you're just curious about how multiple people working on the same problem can be as, or more effective than working individually. This session looks at the benefits of ensemble programming but also when it might be more appropriate to tackle problems in smaller groups, or even individually.
