REGISTRATION

Updated – 4 April 2023 – We are now only able to accept credit/debit card payment for ACCU 2023 bookings.

Please note full pre-payment is required in advance of this event. If you would like to pay by invoice you need to contact admin@accuconference.org. You will be required to provide a Purchase Order Number before this is issued.

Please note that all rates are subject to VAT at 20%.

Due to the nature of the Pre Conference Workshops, these will only be run in person and not available virtually. We apologise for any inconvenience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms apply to conference tickets, social event tickets and any accommodation booked via the ACCU Conference registration site.

Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling and if not made by credit card at the time of booking, is required within 14 days of your registration date, or before the 6th March 2023 whichever is sooner. Any booking made after this date will have to be paid for at the time of registration with a valid credit card. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any delegate who has not paid in full by the due date.

Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@accuconference.org.
Received on or before 28th February 2023: Full Refund (minus £50 + VAT administration charge)
Received on or after 1st March 2023: 50% Refund (minus £50 + VAT administration charge)
Received on or after 12th March 2023: No Refund
No refunds will be made for delegates not attending the conference or for missed bookings.

Delegate substitutions can be made up until 21st March 2023 and will be subject to a £50 + VAT administration charge. Please contact admin@accuconference.org to implement the name change.

Your registration form constitutes a legally binding contract and by confirming your booking, you are legally obliged to make payment for all fees as applicable by your registration.
